What exactly is benevolent leadership ?

Being a benevolent leader isn’t about being a philanthropist or a humanitarian. It’s not about being altruistic. There’s nothing lofty about it. It has nothing to do with self-important concepts. Benevolent leaders shift away from the mindset “I have to get my share.” They give up using and abusing to get what they want and instead embrace generosity of spirit and a benevolent way of being that looks at the different futures that can be created.

Being a benevolent leader is not about being kind to others. It’s about creating a sustainable future for the world and ourselves. It’s about the capacity to perceive the totality of life and the unlimited possibilities that benefit not just you, but all people who are impacted by your choices.
